Meet the RPL Partners

Established in Central Scotland in 1992, RPL Partnership Ltd was one of the first dedicated paralegal companies in Scotland. It’s run by Bill Templeton and Kirsty Briggs MCIPD and their team.

Bill is a Glasgow University Law graduate with more than thirty years’ experience providing legal support in a wide range of business environments. He’s also an ACAS accredited internal workplace mediator. Bill’s considerable array of strengths include company management and structures, employment law and Health and Safety. His highly practical approach to solving business problems is based on a canny mix of personal experience and substantial formal training.

Kirsty, was COO and Head of HR in a multi-national training company for 15 years and has more than 10 years’ experience in the achievement and sustainment of ISO 9001, Investors in People and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 occupational health and safety standards. Kirsty brings a wealth of experience across a whole range of Government and awarding bodies as well as being qualified in employment law, human resources, management, ISO 9001 lead auditing, H&S and safeguarding.
